Roasted Mushroom Recipe Combinations

Shitake Mushrooms about ½ a cup
Crimini Mushrooms about ½ a cup
Oyster Mushrooms about ½ a cup
Fresh Chopped Garlic 1 small clove
Extra Virgin Olive Oil about 1/8 cup
Italian Seasoning ½ teaspoon
Salt Pinch
Black Pepper Pinch
Sharp Provolone Shredded ¼ cup
Connie's Natural Cheeses Pizza

Clean the shitaki mushrooms and remove the stems. Wash the Crimini mushrooms and cut them in half. Wash the oyster mushrooms and remove the stems. Crush the garlic clove and chop the garlic fine. In a bowl large enough to handle the mushrooms add the garlic, salt, pepper, seasoning and olive oil. Add the mushrooms and toss with olive oil mix to coat them. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and roast them for 6 to 8 minutes. Ovens vary so watch them carefully. The mushrooms should cook through and begin to toast slightly. Remove the mushrooms and allow to cool. Remove the cheese pizza from it's wrapping and add the mushrooms over the top.
Sprinkle with the shredded provolone. Bake according to the package instructions adding 2 to 3 minutes to the recommended cook time.
